Associate Attorney

We are seeking an associate attorney with 1-3 years of mid to large firm experience for our products liability / trial practice. Candidates must have a demonstrated interest in all things mechanical. Engineering background a plus. Courtroom and deposition experience a must. Immediate case handling responsibilities. Candidates must also be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Access and PowerPoint as well the CaseMap suite of products, Amicus Attorney and TrialDirector. Salary commensurate with these requirements.

Paralegal

Candidate must be proficient with Amicus Attorney V, CaseMap, TimeMap, TextMap, NoteMap, TimelineExpress and TrialDirector. Experience with Summation and Concordance a plus. Will work closely with managing partner on complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. Extensive experience in these areas is required.
