Unlike many other firms, we are obsessed with achieving results for our clients as opposed to slavishly following the “process”. Instead, we treat the process for what it is: subordinate to the goals of the client. “What will advance the objectives of the client?…How will this tactic achieve the client’s goals…?” These are the questions we ask and answer when pursuing every matter. Managing partner Christopher Bagnaschi has possessed these qualities from a very early stage in his career and has tried all of his cases “solo”, i.e. without the hand-holding from more experienced, senior attorneys. He had the distinction of trying two very significant wrongful death cases --- back-to-back --- right out of law school. Since then he has gone on to try diverse cases such as those involving roadway design, forklifts, glass refinery equipment accidents, amusement ride accidents, malfunctioning electric gates and chainsaws and has been successful over 80% of the time.
